These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Famous Uncle Al's @ Kemps River ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.

About the information here

We work to keep our menu, services, prices, hours and photos accurate, but they can change without notice. Please call us at (757) 420-7366 to confirm before you visit or order. Photos show typical examples, and what you receive may look different.

Orders, bookings and quotes

Online orders and bookings made through outside services (such as DoorDash and Uber Eats) are governed by those services' terms and policies. Any quote or estimate becomes final only when we confirm it with you directly.

Please don't misuse this site: no attempts to break or overload it, send spam, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
